Q: I own uuu ,their was a stock holders meeting last month and a vote was taken to sell to a Russian ferm at a set price ??? and it passed how will this work with me . I thing the market today is higher than the price they recomended which passed .

Q: I am interested in your opinion on proposals that systemically important Canadian banks may adopt bail-in provisions such that uninsured deposits would not be bailed out by the Government - I believe Canadians have always assumed the Feds would bail out a big 6 Canadian bank but recent discussions in the aftermath of Cyprus seem to call this assumption into question

Q: You have written about the predictive value of a company paying its first ever dividend. Do you feel this principal applies to Apple? Apple started paying a dividend one year ago, is down 30% since then, generates tons of free cash flow and is widely expected to raise the dividend within the quarter.

Q: Hello Peter and gang, I have had a position in OGC, (OceanaGold Corp) for a couple years and I am at about the break even point - they seem to be getting ahead and significantly increasing production and reducing their costs - l would appreciate you looking into your "crystal ball" for me. Is it best to buy a half position in a stock and then the other half when the stock is showing some strength or when it dips in price ? What percentage of increase or decrease in stock price do you go by before adding to a position ?

Q: Redknee Solutions (RKN) has just announced the closing of the acquisition of Nokia-Siemens's BSS unit. Given the huge relative size of the NSN-BSS, sell on news or will the closing give investors the confidence needed to buy in/add more? (P.S. thanks to kevin for first bringing RKN to our attention!)

Like to know when you are going to write a book or start giving investment courses (live or on line). Been trading stocks, reading books going to courses and seminars, subscribing to investment news letters (5i and Investors Digest are the only 2 I've stayed with) since the 70's 5i and Money saver are the best Iv'e seen. You should go on a speaking tour and offer courses, similar to Monday mourning Larry on BNN. Just a suggestion but you and your staff are the best.
