Q: Rob Tattersall wrote a recent article in the G&M in which he stated that Titan Logix's MC is essentially equivalent to its cash on hand plus the value of its holdings of Bri-Chem. So in essence, if you purchase the shares, you are getting their technology for free.

I would appreciate your views.

Q: Based on the results for fiscal Q3 , the balance sheet and current market cap, this Company's business has zero value assigned to it by the public markets. Is this strange for Oil Supply Company in today's market?

Q: Phonton Control and Titan Logix, looks to be in the same type of business. Titan appears to be having management issues, and Phonton appears to be more stable in regards to earnings. Do you favour Phonton over Titan Logix? And is this sector looking to get better in the future?

Q: After the latest quarterly earnings report from Titan Logix, the market moved lower by approximately 25% with news that business is waning and hurt by the slowdown in the Canadian Oil/Gas sector.

Any comments whether it's a buy, sell or hold at this point.

Q: Titan Logics' Q4 looked good to me. They again added to their large relative cash position (35% of current marketcap). What is your opinion on the company and their Q4 release? I own some shares at lower levels but I am considering doubling my position.

Q: Titan Logix (TSXV: TLA) just reported fiscal 2012 results with significant revenue growth and earnings: $0.14 EPS. The Company also has a very strong balance sheet with plenty of cash and no debt. Management's outlook for 2013 was "cautiously optimistic" but the stock traded down to less than 5 times earnings. Am I missing somthing?
