Q: Regarding ACQ, I’m curious about insider holdings presented on INK Research which is based on SEDAR data. The first graph shows no insider trading during the past year. The next set of graphs that represent the executive holdings show the CEO, Priestner, Patrick John and CFO, Orysiuk, Thomas Louis each going from 8.2 million common shares to 5 million at the beginning of June. Would this merely be a private transfer of ownership?
Thank you Peter and TEAM.
Q: Dear 5i Team
How do you view ACQ s latest acquisition ?
Also are 12 stocks a good number of stocks to have in a $25,000 portfolio . Can I add more or just add to existing stocks assuming they are all doing well ?
Thanks
Bill
Q: What sort of earnings multiple do you think AutoCanada pays on its acquisitions? Is a large part of its story being able to buy private dealers at a low p-e and then getting a higher p-e in the public market? Thanks.
Q: With the strength in ACQ, even after the share offer,is this an ok time to buy. Any idea where the strenght is coming from? Is Bay Street starting to notice this company?
Cheers
Q: ACQ
ACQ new financing and insider selling looks similar to the recent CFN insider selling. Does that mean ACQ is at a peak and overvalued, and can go into the decline that CFN has been suffering in the last 2 months.
Q: High 5 to the 5i team! What about ACQ now? Went up nearly 10% to-day. The good news is that I bought yesterday. The bad news is that being a cautious type, I only got a half position. That brings up a further question. Should the market go down in the summer, what happens to stocks that are like ACQ - that have momentum/leadership? Will they defy the trend? Thank Henry
