5i Research Answer:

We really can't compare a single company with a diversified ETF. ZWU in addition is in the safer utility sector, and is income focused. It offers diversification and likely far less volatility than CSU, but also less upside potential, by far. We would consider them apples/oranges. We would be very comfortable buying ZWU, but we would not consider CSU to be a sell at current levels.
