Q: Good morning.
What are your thoughts on EIT. Seems like a good core holding for income focused investors given the yield. Solid geographical split and looks like monthly distributions are taxed as capital.
Anything obvious that I am missing?
Thanks as always.

5i Research Answer:
EIT.UN has really shown good performance in the past several years. Its five year number is now 17.33%, It even made money in 2022 when most funds lost money. As a closed end fund it is different than an ETF. It tends to take larger sector bets than an index fund, and can use leverage. Energy right now is 21%. But we like it for income and growth.
