Q: Hello,
I own both CAR.UN and DIR.UN, am growing tired of watching CAR's share price steadily decline over the past 5 years.
Could you suggest a replacement for CAR.UN with a better growth profile, decent yield, not necessarily residential?

We might suggest Granite (GRT). It is more industrial focused, so exposures overlap a bit here with DIR but we think this space is operating more in a position of strength given trends compared to the residential space.
