MX is cyclical, but remains very cheap at 9.7x earnings even after its 46% YTD move. Its business is usually contract based, so much depends on how many contracts it signs while prices are high. Based on consensus, EPS should more than double this year, but slip about 25% next year. But there is high variability in contract prices. Gas is an big input cost to the company. We think the stock remains attractive, in small amounts to reflect its high volatility.
