Q: I would appreciate your assessment of Transcontinental's recent acquisition of Phipps Dickson Integria Group Inc. Company after post dividend payout appears to be serious in looking for new ventures.

The deal fits in well with the current business, so even thought it looks like a smaller tuck-in, we think it makes sense. The end business itself is still likely to be slower growth but we would agree that it is good to see TCL putting cash to work.
