Q: Why the ROC and share consolidation?
Asked by Danny on March 18, 2026
5i Research Answer:

This reverse stock split follows a special cash distribution estimated at about US$1.36 per common share. The consolidation proportionally reduces the number of outstanding shares to offset the cash payout, preserving shareholders' overall ownership percentage. It uses gross proceeds from TRI's prior sales of London Stock Exchange Group shares.
