Q: GSY has yet to announce Q4 earnings release date, whereas in past years earnings have been released on ~ Feb 11th. Lack of an earnings date means it’s still another two weeks out. Should one interpret this as a sign management does not have their house in order or worse?

Last year GSY did a press release for its earnings, which came out on Feb 13, 2025. Companies are not required to press release an earnings date, so we would not simply assume the two week indication. A delay could of course mean some issues need to be clarified, but could mean nothing as well. There is no way of confirming, so any assumption would just be speculation.
