The sector needs to co-operate, but it is a very cheap stock, with a nice dividend, a decent balance sheet and good growth prospects. There has been a bit of insider buying. The Q3 was good. We are not sure it will get back to its old (very) highs, but with continued good execution investors should realize it is a decent and very cheap mid cap for the sector.
