Q: What percentage of a balance portfolio would you recommend be allocated to precious metals? Would you have a higher allocation to either silver or to gold?
May I have your three or four top picks for silver companies. I currently own Pan American Silver.

Silver companies: PAAS, AG, VZLA, DSV

We would suggest 10% for the precious metals sector for a more aggressive investor. We would lean 70/30 to gold as gold is more of an 'insurance' holding vs silver, which has a lot of industrial usages.
