Stock has pulled back $50 from its high of $176 and is languishing around current level for several weeks.
It appears that Co missed estimates, two quarters in a row and investors are hesitant to support the stock.
What has caused this turnaround in Co's performance and do you foresee any recovery, in near term ? Or, it's prudent to move on.
Thank You
TVK has not announced an earnings date. Dec 12 is the estimate. Consensus is for 72c EPS and $417.4M sales. TVK is still showing strong growth, but missing expecations on softer demand for storage tanks, and weakness in compressed gas transportation equipment. One subsidiary also had some specific throughput issues impacting sales. Stock wise, some investors also worried about the CFO transition. The stock is still up 9.7% for the year. Strong growth is still predicted for next year. After its acquisitions, debt is on the high side, and we would like to see this come down. We would give it a HOLD rating and think it still has some potential.
