Q: I received notice from my brokerage that contained a US news release for Upbound Group that announced a new cfo- one coming from GSY. Can you confirm that this is another mgmt change at GSY, not previously reported. If so any worries on the executive turnover, I know GSY has a deep bench but so many senior level changes are troubling to me.

Mr. Khouri resigned from GSY on September 16 and this was reported by the company. Upbound has simply announced that he has now joined them officially. GSY appointed an interim CFO in September and there has been no other executive moves since then.
