Q: Hi,

Brookfield Private Equity Fund (Canada) is not open for Individual investors and is only offered via registered financial advisor. I got below response against my query from company, FYI

"Individual investors cannot participate in this offering through their self directed brokerage account. Please reach out to your registered financial advisor or dealing representative to learn more about the offering"
