Q: NVDA and PLTR announced a partnership to develop a business for corporate supply chain logistics. Is KXS about to get their lunch eaten by these big players?

KXS is currently a specialist in supply-chain orchestration software, and because it focuses on orchestration across planning, execution, inventory, transportation, it might have a broader software layer advantage, rather than just being a purely logistics-hardware AI play. We do think that the new partnership adds some long-term risks for KXS if management doesn't respond. We would like to see KXS announce new products, partnerships, and integration with AI. There may be some overlap now with the PLTR/NVDA partnership, and we think KXS has some work to do to stay competitive.
