5i Research Answer:

HXS, HXQ, and HXT are corporate class options for the SPX, Nasdaq, and TSX 60. 

This link here (https://www.looniedoctor.ca/2025/04/10/horizon-etf-corporate-class-risk/) has some good details on corporate class funds.

Given that the purpose of these fund structures is to minimize taxes, we would not see much of a point in holding them in an RRSP and would view them as most appropritate for a taxable account.
