Q: hi 5i,
I like to start a new position on TOU for my RRSP ?, is it now a good time to buy it.
The goal is Capital preservation and income.

We would be comfortable buying TOU today for growth and income. Note any stock in the oil and gas sector can be volatile, so we would consider this in terms of one's time frame and one's ability to accept some volatility. But TOU remains one of favourites within the sector.
