Q: WELL is currently 1.3% of our portfolio. Your most recent comment put WELL in the "show me" category. With the price currently sitting close to the 52 week low and only a 1.3% position, do you think it would be worth another small nibble - either for a long term hold, or as a swing trade? Or better to just sit tight?

Considering nearly everything else is moving up these days, we are going to stay with our general thesis of not averaging down and would just sit tight.
