Q: Now that IIP has been scooped up. Do you feel there are any other similar type of REITS that are selling cheaply that might follow the same fate?

Canada or US?

Please also state why you feel they are undervalued and potential targets as takeovers.

BEI.UN, AP.UN, KMP.UN and REI.UN 'potentially' could be targets. As interest rates fall there might be more M&A activity. DIR.UN is a longer shot, but maybe a privatization over an acquisition overture. In the US, NSA, CUBE and ADC might make an M&A list.
