can I get your top pick(s) for an ETF non-leveraged for US small/mid (combined if possible) cap equities please? can you provide one (or more) that is $CDN hedged too please. cheers, Chris

There are not that many 'combo' funds, but CGMM is one with $244M in assets and fees of 0.51%. It has a short history but is up 16% in the past month. IJH is a suggested midcap. XMH is a Canadian hedged midcap traded in Canada. We would be comfortable with any of these.
