Q: Two questions. #1: Nuvei will be sold and go private. Shareholders will get $34.00 U.S. approx $ 46.90 Canadian today. Is it best to sell now or wait for the transaction to go through ?

There is still about 5.6% to be made with NVEI from current levels. We would be OK holding for now but using the stock as cash for any new idea that shows up and is compelling. HPS.A reported earnings and 'missed' estimates due to very large stock-based compensation charges. We have numerous discussions on this in the Q&A forum. Very strong earnings growth is still expected and we remain comfortable with the stock.
