PRL and HPS.a are selling off after their big run ups. Are either of them approaching buying opp levels yet ? Which one would you prefer adding to if so ? If you don’t consider them at buy levels yet , what prices for each would you suggest buying each ?

Smaller companies with big gains can typically see some volatile trading with no real reason. It could be worry over earnings, profit taking, or just investor positioning. We think both are in the 'buyable' range today for accumulation, with the usual small cap risk caveats. There is no negative news recently. We would prefer HPS.A today in the $120 range simply because its drop has been much sharper than we might have expected. We would be fine with PRL under $21.
