At below $30, we think AW.UN offers some benefits for entry. The yield is good at above 6% and if macroeconomic pressures alleviate/reduce there could also be the potential for share price appreciation. The concern here is the slowing growth especially on a same-store-sales basis. Overall, we think it is a decent income play, however, there are some concerns regarding pace of growth and macro-pressures.
