WELL has been posted; GUD loss of 23c per share missed estimates by a wide margin. Sales of $74M missed by 5%. EBITDA of $12M missed by 4%. Guidance for sales was $335M, a bit below current estimates. Weakness in South America is the main reason for weak results/forecasts. Nothing exciting here, and the stock continues to do nothing. SHOP we think is interesting at $105.
