5i Research Answer:

CSU owns around 39,412,385 shares of TOI out of the fully-diluted shares outstanding of 129,841,818, equivalent to 30.35% of the total shares outstanding of TOI. As a result, CSU will receive around 30.35% of the total special dividend being paid out. That said, CSU maintains control over TOI’s main operations due to the super voting share structure.
