The sector is quiet, but BTE is very cheap and production rose 85% last year. RBC lowered its target price, and some investors will sell on this news. We do not see anything dramatic going on here. It is not our favourite stock in the sector, but certainly priced well, and it re-started its dividend last year after an 8 year halt.
