Q: Hi,

When you say LSPD is trading at a premium valuation, what parameters are you refering to ? What in your mind would be a more reasonable price ?

5i Research Answer:

Despite its decline, LSPD is still trading at 85X earnings and 3X sales. While there are more expensive stocks, the others are growing much faster and have not had the 'issues' that LSPD has had. The stock is now barely above its 2019 IPO price. We might be more interested in the $16 to $17 range, but generally instead we would be fine paying 'more' when it starts to show better execution and faster growth, rather han trying to pick a bottom.
