According to the latest earnings results press release from ENB, it continues to expect the acquisitions to close in 2024, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions. ENB and Dominion's regulatory teams are in the process of securing the required US federal and state regulatory approvals to complete the acquisitions. Given this, we expect the deal to close this year.
