Based in the UK with a 14-year history, VHI is paying GBP 3.1M. Revenue is about GBP 1.3M with half of that recurring. The deal adds 150 new clients and expands geographic and client diversification. It looks decent, but it is a fairly small deal against VHI's $215M current market cap.
