Q: Aaron Rodgers (star Green Bay Packer) called out Nancy Pelosi for buying millions of NVDA in curious stock trades before a government announcement as Aaron's friend used his X account to become more informed on the Pelosi trades. I imagine there is quite a bit of this going on and I would ask if that benefits or hinders the ordinary trader like us who rely a lot on your knowledge.

Ms. Pelosi's trades are always reported publicly, but she clearly has had some good trades in the past few years. Cynics of course would look to the government's power and say this is an abuse of power and/or insider trading. But, she is not breaking any laws. She trades mostly in in-the-money options, and other than the (typically good) publicity surrounding her purchases we would not see it having any impact to an ordinary investor.
