Q: If you had to choose between NWH.UN and HMAX, which would you choose and why?

They are quite different, with NWH a REIT focusing on healthcare and HMAX an enhnaced-yield financial ETF. But considering NWH cut its distribution and still has challenges, we would choose HMAX today.
