Despite underperformance and inherent sector volatility we would be fine with TVE today. Valuation is very cheap at 4.0x forward earnings and the analyst 12-month average price target is $5.54. We continue to see potential in TVE, especially at the current price point, but investors should be aware of the  risks and recent operational struggles that it needs to overcome and of course correlation to energy prices.
