We have long thought FSZ should be acquired. The 7.6% gain was not out of line with moves in small caps and financials yesterday. Investors breathed a giant sigh of relief as the FED indicated interest rate cuts are indeed on the way. Markets rallied hard. There was no specific news on the company.
