Q: Thank you for your recommendation. I just want to clarify the ETF that I was referring to is public storage that list in US.

Is there any similar ETF listing on TSX?

Sorry for the confusion on the symbol.

SVI is in the sector, but is not a REIT, and is significantly smaller. It does pay a (tiny) dividend but is very much growth-focused over income.
