Can you please comment in Greenlanes results? Also despite Topicus's good results ,the stock is hardly moving. Would it be good idea to sell Topicus to buy Lumine ? Thanks
GRN recorded revenue of $10.1M in Q3, missing analysts’ expectations of $12.42M. A net loss of ($5.2M) while adjusted EBITDA also came in at a loss of ($4.5M). EPS did not meet forecasts coming at a loss of ($0.03) where the consensus estimate was a loss of ($0.02). GRN does have a sales order backlog of $46.7M in Q3 which is largely comprised of the $35.3M contract that had been awarded in October. Cash position is strong at $16.9M. The backlog of revenue and strong cash position is nice to see for a small cap stock, but GRN is down -67% year-to-date and recording another net loss in Q3 did not help share prices. The halt was simply a regulatory 'circuit breaker' halt after the stock moved 15%. With its large losses and small size, caution is very much advised here.
We think TOI is 'fine', but do like LMN 'better'. TOI may be slower growing until the European economic situation improves. We would be OK with a switch if an investor only wants to own one of the two.
