The company demonstrated strong occupancy of 97.4%, and it acquired 410 homes during the quarter. It is seeing positive rent trends, with same home rent growth of 6.8% in October. Although, growing its portfolio is proving to be challenging in the high interest rate environment. TCN updated its guidance for the current year, reiterating core FFO per share guidance and tightening the range of expected same-home metrics. Earnings were decent and the stock is up following the results. We feel comfortable with these results.
