ECN continues to drift, along with the very anemic small cap market. But there has been no material news in some time. In early October its target price was lowered by BMO, and in late September the target price was cut by CIBC. But the last real news was the September closing of its Skyline partnership, which we view as positive. It has a buyback in place, but with its decline could still see some year-end tax loss selling pressure. It reports next results on Oct 30.
