Has BB mentioned any time frame for their split ? Any news from Veritas offer ?

We do not have a timing call on the spin off, and the public documents regarding such have not been released yet by the company (this may take a month or more). There is no news on Veritas, either, and we would note there is no 'offer' just a proposal to the company, with no price even disclosed.
