Hello.. I really like the idea of a nicely balanced "mom" equity portfolio. You mentioned FTS for example. Could you please suggest what stocks you would put in it mainly for dividend income [hopefully yielding 4.5% or better] and enough growth to counter inflation over the long term.

Happy to help, but keep in mind a 4.5% yield typically will imply lower capital growth overall.
We would consider: RY, BNS, TD, BEPC, EIF, ENB, BCE, SU. A covered call ETF such as ZWC also will offer high yield and good diversity.
