Q: Wondering whether you/we as a DYI, can find out if there any acquisitions going on in the above or any companies really during any quarter or do you have to wait until the next quarterly or possibly annual report?

Both companies do announced deals on occasion, but even so provide no financial information. Unless a deal is material, very little info will ever be provided here. To find out more, it really depends on size. Obviously, if a decent-sized company is acquired then employees will know about it, and some blogs will provide info if the company doesn't. But most deals have been small so far, and for TOI focused in Europe we have not heard of many of the companies it buys. Thus, we would defer to the company's releases here. They may not be so forthcoming, but at least will be accurate.
