Q: Did Coliseum "engineer" any changes to senior management in exchange for the cash infusion? I assume they now have seats on the Board Of Directors.

Coliseum has a board seat, but the Member recused himself from the financing negotiations (a little hard to believe, but that is the company statement). There have not been any announced departures, and the CEO has a 14 year tenure now at the company.
