Q: Over the last months, it was suggested that there would be some news from ECN in August. Any idea what, if anything, might be happening, and when?

Our 'guess' is that nothing happens. We think management would want too high of a price to sell the company, and it has already done a large buyback of shares. The review has taken a long time and shares have drifted lower on weaker results. Regardless, the company will announce the conclusion of the review and its quarterly numbers on August 14.
