What looks “cheap” to you right now? I recognize that sometimes things are cheap for a reason. But in your view, what has been punished too much and likely to appreciate from here? 3m was one that I was considering as it is still down quite a bit and will recover in a better market (I assume—as everything seems to have its day). 5i Research Answer:
Given its strong management team and fundamentals, we feel that BN is currently at an attractive level. It appears to have found some support around the low ~$40s and when the capital markets eventually turn around, we believe BN will do well. TSU had some issues earlier in the year with a write-down, however, we continue to like the company and its growth rates are strong - we feel it is at a good price today. NVEI has come under pressure recently, but its fundamentals are strong and for a company in the fintech space it trades at a cheap valuation.
