Q: Can you comment on the REIT's June 7 press release? Will this news help to alleviate investor concerns?

Yes; the closing of the JV will bring in $276M and the hospital sale brings in $56M. Leverage has been a concern and some were worried the UK deal would not close. It will alleviate some financial pressure on the company, certainly.
