Revenue of $47M missed estimates of $58M; EPS of 1c missed estimates of 2.5c. Originations rose 17% to $465M. EBITDA rose 72% to $23.4M but also missed estimates. Operating expenses rose 17%. ECN noted it would release the results of its strategic review in August, which was interesting in that it implies discussions are still very much active. This is the second miss in a row, but with the review ongoing we would expcect less of a reaction this time.
