We have comments posted on MRE yesterday. LNR we think is a better company overall, with superior management (it is also larger). It too has suffered with the sector, with supply chain and cost issues. But the stock is up 37% in the past year, the balance sheet is fine and good growth is expected, perhaps accelerating if rates peak. The last quarter was mixed, though, and it reports the 1Q tonight. At 8X earnings it is very cheap, considering its historical strong performance and historical valuation averages.
