The market is a bit crazy lately, with many tech companies reaching all time high, as if the covid-19 has never happened. I think there should be good companies that are still worth to buy. I am wondering how you think about the listed three companies (e.g. CAR, EXPE, LUV).

Q: I bought these three stocks (CAR, LUV and ELY) for the eventual bounce, which has come far more quickly than I imagined. My plan was to set a target and then sell because I don't consider any of them to be especially good long term holds. Are any of them what you would consider to be great companies? Thank-you again for sage advice in turbulent times.
Q: Wednesday and yesterday (Thursday) there was a clear price drop on most of REITS, there were no specific news in each of them, what was the reason ?, is there a connection with approving the USMCA agreement ? or something else ? , thanks
