Q: Hi Peter & Ryan,

I am looking at increasing my current weighting of MDA. Can you tell me what is expected this current quarter in terms of top & bottom lines as well as the next full year forecast if available?

Also, in terms of further synergy's from the 2012 SSL purchase - how much more can we expect in the coming quarters? Have they achieved the majority already?

Q: Hello...I bought panterra... prc - v and am up about 40% and they just did a rights offering where you get l right per common share owned and can reclaim 8 rights for one common share at 0.075 per share...having never participated in a rights offering before I am stymied by this offer as it appears too low and only gives the company 300,000 dollars or so...I would like to hear your take on this offering....thanks

Q: I have a current capital gain on stocks sold this year of about $28,000. The only stock I hold that has a capital loss opportunity is Wilan which at today’s prices would net me a $12,000 capital loss. I sold ½ my position in Wilan last year to offset similar capital gains and it worked out well.
My question is should I wait till later in the tax year or should I just do it now. I don’t need the funds and I would just look at re-investing.
And thanks Peter & 5i, the gains have very much been due to what I have learned from you and your team.

Q: Hi team, I held on to 100 shares of OSK, but now I have 7 AEM, 26 YRI and 10 OR due to the deal, they are in an RSP account with a less than 1% weighting in each but they are amongst 14 other dividend paying stocks with a 4-8% weighting. I also hold 80 shares of G that I was hoping would take OSK. What would you suggest. Thanks, Nick

Q: The TSE was down .28% today. Yet 25 of my 26 stocks were down, with 9 of them (CEU,SYZ,BYD,BAD,SGY,PEY,AVO,DHX,CMG) all being down between 2.3% and 4.5% on relatively heavy volume. I am not worried at all about this, but wonder if you can offer some explanation for why this would happen on one day. Thanks.

Q: Hi Peter and Team
I would like your comments and thoughts on Rogers Sugar (RSI).
I bought it for yield and has gone down 25% since I purchased it. Should I sell it and move on? If so, would you recommend a stock with reasonable yield and capital appreciation.
