Q: Hi guys
I see that there is a major shareholder that wants to call a special meeting and replace the board. What do you feel about this action and what it could mean to the company.At least it is encouraging to see that some one is trying to affect a change.The stock is trading at $.32 and they have about $ .70 in cash,it's almost in the best interest of the shareholders if they fold the company and give the shareholders the money after they pay back the debenture.

Q: Hi guys

Can you look into LND'S latest report and comment it on it?. I bought this around $ .70 and have watched it fo down like the titanic. I liked the fact that they were trading at less than cash on hand and making money, it is baffling me.I was looking for it to rebound or start forming a base before I bought more, in the old days I would have jumped in and averaged down, but now I wait for a reversal, good thing, as it went down 30% today.I do not like the fact that insiders do not own any shares, that I can see, wonder who is unloading.What do you think about this company?

Q: Stupid, me, I forgot to put in the company name when I asked a question, lets try it again. I bought this company about 3 weeks ago, and has been on a stswady decline ever since. I don't understand it, they are trading at about cash value and are making money. I didn't know they had done a QT transaction, I typically avoid them like the plague, how do you feel about this one, do you think I should take my lumps or hang on.
